Welcome to teeVillain’s Production Schedule, where every tee is crafted with a touch of mischief and mayhem. I have a lean team of two dedicated minions who manage everything from creating the offerings to delivering them to your doorstep. And then there is I, teeVillain, ever-engaged in nefarious plots for Global World Domination™.
I have created this dedicated space to update you on our production process every Monday. This transparency is part of my commitment to improve our service and ensure that our DeVoTees are well-informed. By sharing this schedule, I aim to reduce the daily queries that slow down my small but mighty team, allowing them to focus on crafting your orders with the care and speed you deserve.
STATUS KEY:
IN PRODUCTION: Items currently listed here are in various stages of the production process. We begin by sourcing our garments from trusted textile manufacturers, carefully inspecting each for any defects. Next, we apply our tagless labels in-house. Each design is then organized by category. The artwork is prepared for screen printing. Screens are created for each color of the design, including a base layer, and colors are meticulously mixed. Printing is done using traditional old-world screen printing techniques, ensuring each shirt meets the highest standards.
SHIPPING NOW: After printing, each shirt undergoes another quality inspection. They are then individually folded and counted to ensure complete accuracy in order fulfillment. Packing slips are printed, and items are matched to their respective orders. This careful matching process is especially time-consuming when orders contain multiple items. Once everything is confirmed, shipping labels are printed, and orders are packaged in polybags with selected goodies included.
SHIPPED: These orders have been dispatched from the teeVillain headquarters and are on their way to your address. Large black bags of packages are taken to the post office daily, like bodies to the morgue. Tracking numbers are provided for each shipment. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you have not received yours.
