TEEVILLAIN’S BATTLE FOR GLOBAL WORLD DOMINATION – PROMOTION – RULES (“Rules”)

1. ENTRANTS

Each entrant must be aged 18 or over and a US resident to participate in the TEEVILLAIN’S BATTLE FOR GLOBAL WORLD DOMINATION: TASKS Promotion (“Promotion”). The following are not eligible to participate: (i) Employees and immediate family members of employees of teeVillain (“the Promoter”), any company responsible for the redemption of prizes/vouchers or for supplying prizes for the Promotion and their respective franchisees, subsidiaries, agents and advisors, (ii) other persons assisting with this Promotion, (iii) any person not being an individual person, (iv) any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert, (v) any person entering via an agent or using the services of or which is an entity carrying on the business of entering (or advising on entering) prize promotions, (vi) any person using any application or process to submit an entry on that person’s behalf automatically or by proxy and (vii) any agent of the Secret World Police.

2. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

2.1 Duration: – The Promotion will take place from 16th June 2022 and continue until teeVillain decides to discontinue it.

2.2. Potential for changes: – The viability, integrity, or credibility of the Promotion and/or of specific game play-by or prize claim-by or redeem-by dates in these Rules which the Promoter determines to be materially further affected at any time directly or indirectly by the further impact of the Covid-19 pandemic or other supervening circumstances not within the Promoter’s control, may be deferred or extended by the Promoter at any time and without other notice (including, without limit, for the purpose of issuing stocks of playing cards incorporating the Promotion-game pieces (“Game Piece”) which would otherwise remain undistributed at the end of the Promotion).

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 How To Obtain Game Piece and their Availability and the teeVillain Fair Distribution Policy: –

3.1.1 How To Obtain A Game Piece – Whilst stocks of Promotional Game Pieces last, customers can obtain a Game Piece with every order from teeVillain. Orders with four (4) or more items will get additional game pieces at the discretion of teeVillain’s Crew Members.

3.1.2 Availability of Game Pieces – teeVillain will continue to produce a volume of Game Pieces, which it considers reasonably likely to satisfy the estimated demand for Game Pieces during the Promotion. Should demand across prove to be inconsistent, then Game Pieces can be expected to run out prior to the end of the Promotion. As a result, customers wishing to obtain Game Pieces for the Promotion should check with a Crew Member at teeVillain about the supply of Game Pieces before placing an order or requesting game pieces by Post. Customers can also visit https://www.teevillain.com/blog/2022/03/25/tasks/ for updates on any pertinent information about the promotion.

3.1.3 teeVillain’s Fair Distribution Policy – This will apply over the scheduled duration of the Promotion to assist teeVillain to prevent inconsistent or premature depletion during the scheduled period of the Promotion of stocks of Game Pieces. Steps may be taken to apply a maximum limit on numbers of Game Pieces per order and/or a specific restriction against any order which does not appear to teeVillain Crew Member (in their discretion) to be primarily for the purposes of utilization by the persons ordering and others in their parties.

3.2 Types of Game Pieces which can be found on Game Pieces: – Each Game Piece can comprise the following types of game pieces (“Game Pieces”):

3.2.1 Instant Win Game Pieces – selected Game Pieces each have an instant-win message (“INSTANT CORRUPTION”) which will match the messaging stated in the column for the Instant Win prizes of the Prize Pools-Table in section 4.1 below for one of the corresponding prize-types stated in that section.

3.2.2 Accouterments and Components Game Pieces – selected Game Pieces each feature an Accouterments or Components name and a set of gear icons. Accouterments and Components Game Pieces can be collected for the Tasks Games, requiring the collection of a Set of Game Pieces comprising the 2, 3 or 4 different Accouterments and Components Cards. Once collected, the Gear Icons on the back can be decoded to reveal a string of numbers and/or letters which will act as a password to be used on teeVillain.com and/or as a code to be texted to a specific phone number where the final instructions will be given to claim the prizes available as described in the Tasks Games columns of the Prize Pools-Table in section 4.1 below for the prize featured in that table which corresponds with that Accouterments and Components Set.

No Game Piece can be used for more than one prize claim and, once a claim has been submitted, the Game Piece(s) used for that claim may not be used for any other claim. For every type of win, please refer to section 5 for “How to Claim”.

Please note:

Any award of Game Pieces which is not as advertised and is made (1) for an order which is not a qualifying order, (2) for a qualifying order where the award is greater than the number of Game Pieces described above as corresponding for that qualifying order, or (3) for any other reason, shall in each of these cases be deemed to have been made by the relevant Crew Member’s discretion and does not give rise in the same or similar circumstances to a right to the same or other favorable treatment for any other person.

3.4 Keeping Game Pieces and their codes safe: – For all prizes, it is mandatory to send winning Game Pieces to the Promoter or the prize-provider as part of that prize claim and, for all other prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to require the claimant to send the winning Game Piece or Game Pieces to the Promoter or the prize-provider for verification as a pre-condition to the prize claim being verified; verification can take place even after notification that an award is being, or has been, made.

Important: Please make sure Game Pieces are kept safe and undamaged and the Game Piece Code and any other code on a Game Piece are kept private without being revealed to anyone else (other than the Promoter as part of a prize claim in accordance with these Rules). Failure to do this may result in the Promoter determining (in its discretion) that the Game Piece and its codes together with all associated prize claims are void (and the Promoter may take this action irrespective of whether or not there is any evidence to suggest that the failure has resulted or will result in a wrongful prize claim or other action).

3.5 Game Pieces From Past or non-teeVillain-Themed Promotions: – For the avoidance of doubt, any stickers, game pieces, or labels produced at any time for any other teeVillain promotions in the US or other country, together with any prize claims arising out of such other promotions, shall not be valid for the purposes of this Promotion.

3.6 No Purchase Necessary: – If eligible and a resident in the United States, a person may obtain a free Game Piece without making any purchase by hand-writing clearly and legibly in BLOCK CAPITALS on a piece of plain paper “GAME PIECE” together with the person’s name and address and postal code and then signing and sending it ALONG WITH A SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE in a properly stamped, handwritten envelope addressed to – “No Purchase Necessary Game Piece” teeVillain 5860 Citrus Blvd, Suite D 108 New Orleans, LA 70123-8520 USA.

The Promoter will not process any application:

· received before the 5^th of April 2022, or

· received after the promotion has ended (or such earlier date as promotional cards for substantially all types of qualifying orders ceases to be generally available), or

· for more than one item at a time per envelope, or

· if not strictly in accordance with the requirements in this section.

There is a limit of one application for a Game Piece per person per day of the Promotion. The receipt of a Game Piece via this offer shall not entitle redemption of any prize prior to the starting time for the Promotion. Applying by post without the requirement to purchase qualifying orders, is an opportunity to obtain Game Pieces without purchase.

No Purchase Necessary Game Pieces are subject to availability. As a result, customers wishing to obtain Game Pieces for the Promotion should check with a Crew Member at teeVillain about the supply of Game Pieces, before requesting game pieces by Post. 3.7 Distribution of Game Pieces and Game Pieces: –

3.7.1 Distribution procedure for Game Pieces for prizes in the Instant Win Game and Collect To Win Game prize pools – all Game Pieces are produced in advance and during the Promotion and distributed by the Promoter on a random basis using a self-audited seeding process applied to the Promotion. Following the distribution, teeVillain makes every endeavor to reduce wastage of packaging to a minimum, but in the event, this can’t be avoided for safety or other reasons and promotional packaging has to be destroyed, any corresponding Game Pieces attached to that packaging will also be destroyed without examination.

3.7.2 Total number of Winning Game Pieces – in respect of the Game Pieces produced for the Promotion the Promoter has made every practical effort to verify that: (i) as the number of Game Pieces produced per Accouterments and Components varies according to the Accouterments and Components Set featured, the total number of Game Pieces produced for the Accouterments and Components Set in each Tasks Game with the least number of Game Pieces shall not be less than the total number of Main Prizes advertised for that Tasks Games and Accouterments and Components Sets, and (ii) the number of Game Pieces produced for each type of Instant Win shall be the same as the total number of Instant Win prizes advertised for that Instant Win prize-type.

The award of all of the advertised prizes for the Tasks Games and Accouterments and Components Sets requires the same person to collect each Accouterments and Components Set from the same Tasks Games and Accouterments and Components Sets and otherwise upon compliance with all applicable Rules.

3.7.3 Distribution of Game Pieces/Winning Chances for the Collect To Win Game – in the interests of ensuring a more balanced and fair distribution of prizes amongst entrants:

· The Game Pieces described in section 3.7.2(i) above which the Promoter perceives to be likely to be for prize types that are most desirable or valuable have been seeded across all Game Pieces made available for distribution. All Game Pieces prize-seeding has taken place in advance of the production of the game pieces as well as during the distribution of game pieces and is carried out under the Promoter’s procedures.

4. PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 Prize Pools-Table for Collect To Win Game: –

Each Collect to Win Game (TASKS) will have a Main Prize awarded to the first person to complete the task of collecting all appropriate game pieces and informing teeVillain of the specifications outlined in each TASKS GAME. This Main Prize will contain items with no discernable value but will be a mystery prize assembled by a Crew Member upon the successful completion of each Collect to Win Game (TASKS).

All other Players to complete the task of collecting all appropriate game pieces for a Collect to Win Game (TASKS) after the Main Prize has been claimed by the first person to complete the Task will receive a consolation prize in the form of anything the Promoter sees fit. These Prizes may include, but are not limited to; a limited-edition sticker, button, or other teeVillain promotional items of limited indiscernible value.

A: COLLECT TO WIN GAME

Individual Prize Limits: there is no limit for any prize type unless an individual prize limit is stated within the specific conditions for prizes in this section 4.

4.6 Conditions applicable to all Prizes: –

The expression “prizes” when used in these Rules shall include prizes, awards, vouchers, discount vouchers, offers, and passes as well as the corresponding services and/or goods available to be redeemed through the use of such prizes, vouchers, discount vouchers, offers or passes. Prizes (including individual elements of a prize) may not be exchanged for any cash or other alternative (unless stated) and prizes and Game Pieces or their codes are not divisible or permitted to be sold or resold. The trading or gifting of Game Pieces is permitted.

Neither the Promoter nor any redeeming outlet of a prize shall be under any obligation to enquire whether the person submitting any Game Piece or code:

(i) is the person entitled to make the claim, irrespective of whether or not that person first obtained that Game Piece or code,

(ii) is otherwise eligible to claim the prize, or

(iii) has supplied accurate and true details to ensure that a prize is only claimed by and fulfilled for the benefit of the winner

and no such inquiry or omission to make inquiry shall affect the Promoter’s rights in relation to anyone in breach of the Rules, including the right to disqualify anyone who sells, or discloses (or attempts to do any of these things) a Game Piece, Game Piece Code, prize or other awards (such as a pass or discount voucher) or the code for a prize or other award.

By claiming a prize, the winner represents the winner, and (to the extent this is applicable because the conditions for that prize permit the winner to share it and the winner opts to do so) the winner also represents on behalf of each person with whom the winner is sharing the prize that (in addition to agreeing to the Rules) each agrees to the terms and conditions of the prize supplier or (in the case of more than one contractor being involved in the provision of a prize) the suppliers which relate to the prize, any element of the prize or the redemption of goods or services using the prize, provided that if any such terms and conditions conflict with the interpretation of these Rules then the latter shall prevail.

Phone Lines/Text Messaging: Call/Text costs of the claims/redemption/other assistance phone lines for the Promotion depend on the type of number called, duration of the call, and the access charges payable to the caller’s phone company. Phone lines are live, so call duration will vary and there is no minimum or maximum duration. When Texting Msg & data rates may apply. The Promoter is not responsible for any phone services or online marketing opportunities offered separately by prize providers in relation to their products or services – please check with the provider for details.

All advertisements depicting the prizes and prize descriptions are illustrative rather than definitive. Any advertisement of the cash value of the prize pool represents the Promoter’s best estimate of the normal retail price or (in the case of discount voucher prizes) of the discount offered (based in turn on the average discount if variable) for all prizes which are available to win; it does not thereby imply that any prize will be awarded in the absence of a corresponding valid claim. Reproduction of any prize imagery does not thereby imply any endorsement or association by the producer of that prize type nor by the owner of any brand associated with that prize type. The featuring of selected prizes in any advertisement does not imply all of those prizes are representative of, or all available to be won within, a prize pool for a specific Game; those prizes may be selected from more than one prize pool unless otherwise stated.

All unawarded or unclaimed prizes will lapse if not the subject of valid claims and the award of which has been completed within the time limits as prescribed by the rules listed above or within the Collect To Win Tasks Games and in any event by the 16^th of June 2023 at the latest (unless otherwise specifically stated).

Prizes described in section 4 stated to be provided by teeVillain are owned by the Promoter until awarded to winners. Prizes stated to be provided by a partner are owned by that partner and ownership passes from the relevant partner direct to winners and not via the Promoter.

5. HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES FOR TASKS GAMES

Before claiming any prize for a Tasks Game, please pay particular attention to the appropriate section(s) below and note that: –

· Each prize claim must be submitted in accordance with all instructions and deadlines given in this section and in the Rules specified here and within the Tasks Games generally (with the deadlines applying to the time of receipt by the Promoter) and any failure to do so will cause the prize claim to lapse and the corresponding prize claim Game Pieces to become void.

· It is the entrant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter in the event of non-receipt of any communication stated in these Rules – all deadlines and time limits shall continue to apply regardless of such non-receipt.

· PRIZE CLAIM GAME PIECES MUST BE KEPT SAFE AND GAME PIECE CODES AND OTHER CODES MUST NOT BE REVEALED TO ANY PERSON (other than the Promoter or its prize partners as part of the prize claims process). The Promoter requires (at the entrant’s expense) any Game Piece(s) used in the entrant’s prize claim or as requested by the Promoter (and, in that event, it is recommended that Game Pieces be sent in an envelope using a special delivery service offered from a post office to ensure delivery). Failure to present any Game Piece when required will result in the corresponding prize claim and all related Game Pieces becoming void, whereupon the prize award will be withheld or canceled or, if already dispatched, must be returned at that entrant’s expense.

· Entrant’s game pieces will be returned to them along with the prize that has been claimed if a physical prize is claimed.

In the event that a digital prize is to be rewarded and an entrant would like to have game pieces returned to them after the prize has been claimed, they must include a self-addressed stamped envelope with Game Pieces when claiming Prize.

All Game Pieces submitted for claiming of Prize will have a hole punched into each before its return to the entrant, voiding it from any future prize claims.

· Calls relating to prize claims may be recorded for the purposes of promotional security, in which event callers will be notified of this at the outset of the call.

· Texts relating to prize claims will be saved for the purposes of promotional security.

5.1 Prize claims:

5.1.1 To start a prize claim for the Collect To Win Tasks Game: – The Promoter requires (at the entrant’s expense) all the Collect To Win Game Pieces used in the entrant’s prize claim to be mailed to the Promoter. It is recommended that Game Pieces be sent in an envelope using a special delivery service offered from a post office to ensure delivery. Failure to present any Game Pieces when required will result in the corresponding prize claim and all related Game Pieces becoming void, whereupon the prize award will be withheld or canceled or, if already dispatched, must be returned at that entrant’s expense.

Each entrant mailing winning Game Pieces will need to provide the requested information, which will include the description of the Collect To Win game pieces together with the entrant’s date of birth (to confirm eligibility), email address, phone number, and full name and United States residential postal address.

No Game Pieces should be put in the envelope other than the Game Piece or Game Pieces other than the ones needed to claim the prize. It is up to the claimant as to whether a pre-paid reply envelope is to be sent for the return of the Game Piece(s) once a prize has been claimed. It is also up to the claimant whether or not the claimant visits a post office and uses a Special Delivery service, although it is highly recommended as the Promoter cannot be responsible for any loss or delay in the post. Irrespective of the claimant’s choice of the envelope, all Game Pieces required for the prize claim, entrant’s date of birth (to confirm eligibility), email address, phone number, full name, and United States residential postal address, must all be included within the same envelope.

6. RESPONSIBILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (but not otherwise) the Promoter and its agents assume no responsibility and are not liable for: (i) the accuracy or otherwise of the prize description or illustration, (ii) the non-availability, loss, interception or interference with, late or non-receipt, corruption or damage of or to any entry, prize claim, Game Piece, Game Pieces, discount voucher-prize, voucher-prize, voucher, code, prize or notification or other communication, (iii) (other than those warranties or conditions implied by statute and which cannot be excluded by the Promoter) any representation, warranty, condition or guarantee in respect of a prize, (iv) any taxes, fees, charges or other costs which winners may be required to pay at any time in connection with a prize, (save to the extent that the Promoter has expressly and specifically accepted responsibility in these Rules for the same), (v) any actual or perceived loss of opportunity or damage arising in connection with the termination or suspension of the Promotion (or any part, feature or element of the Promotion) at any time and which suspension or termination is due to supervening circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control (although the Promoter will still honor any valid claims received prior to the termination or suspension) or (vi) for any actual or perceived loss of opportunity or damage arising in connection with any dates printed on any packaging or game piece which are deemed to have been changed under these Rules in accordance with section 2 above and the customer’s omission either to check the Rules (as they instruct consumers to do) for any such changes and/or to read and act upon any notice of such change provided by the Promoter in the lead up to, or during the course of, the Promotion.

The Promoter will not be obliged to award any prize if the winner is under 18. The Promoter may also withhold that award should the Promoter determine in its discretion that a dispute may have arisen between the winner and the parent/legal guardian in relation to the prize.

7. THE PROMOTER’S RIGHTS

The Promoter may (i) extend any time limit, exercise a right of discretion or waive any of the Rules where a person might otherwise have been disqualified or otherwise disadvantaged (without obliging the Promoter to extend any time limit, exercise a right of discretion or waive any Rule on any further occasion for that entrant or at all for any other person), (ii) terminate, suspend or vary the Promotion (or any part, feature or element of the Promotion including, without limit, by adding to a Prize-pool) at any time due to supervening circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control including (without limitation) those which the Promoter determines have or are likely to compromise the security or credibility of the Promotion (or the affected part, feature or element of it), and (iii) substitute a product deemed to be an appropriate replacement and of equal or greater value in the place of any of the prizes (or any part of a prize). The Promoter’s decision in the exercise or interpretation of any of its rights or discretions in connection with these Rules shall be final and binding and reference to the discretion of the Promoter shall mean its sole discretion.

Please note: selected partners of the Promoter (depending upon the nature of the prize and whether in addition to or in place of an entrant providing personal data to the Promoter) may require entrants to provide to those partners personal data in connection with claiming/redeeming prizes and (for prizes which are vouchers) any products or services of partners which are to be redeemed using prize-vouchers, so entrants should satisfy themselves with the privacy policies of such partners, as the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for them.

A list of winners of the prizes which the Promoter considers (in its discretion) to be major in the context of the prize-pool as a whole, will be posted at https://www.teevillain.com/blog/2022/03/25/tasks/.

9. GENERAL

All instructions, rules, and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials (including notifications, acceptance forms, and declaration forms) relating to this Promotion form part of the Rules although, in the event of a conflict, the provisions at https://www.teevillain.com/blog/battle_rules/ shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions. Expressions that have been defined in these Rules shall have the same meanings when used in such other instructions, rules, and conditions wherever the context admits.

Any communication which an entrant is required to send by post under these Rules must be sent via the United States Postal Service alone and, if a “stamped” envelope is required, cash is not acceptable.

No claim under or participation in this Promotion or any Game Piece is valid in combination with any other offer or promotion, save to the extent expressly stated herein.

The Promoter and/or the Partner may carry out such background checks and require such information (in addition to the information required to be given on entries or prize claims) as they consider necessary or desirable for the purposes of verifying any entry or claim for a prize or award or an entrant’s/claimant’s compliance generally with the Rules and any prize or award may be withheld unless and until the Promoter and the Partner is satisfied with the verification.

Should the Promoter determine (in the Promoter’s discretion) based on the evidence in its possession at any given time that any person (i) is ineligible (ii) has disclosed a Game Piece code to another person (other than the Promoter or its agents concerned with the operation of the Promotion as contemplated by these Rules), (iii) has failed to comply with any of these Rules or (iv) is misusing or tampering or attempting to misuse or tamper with the proper conduct of the Promotion, then the Promoter may adjudge (in its discretion) that:

(1) every Game Piece, Game Piece Code, and other vouchers/prize code, entry, prize claim, and/or communication made by that person to the Promoter or any of its agents, will be invalid and void for all purposes,

(2) such person shall become (with retrospective effect) ineligible to take part in this Promotion, and/or

(3) such person shall become (with retrospective effect) ineligible for every other promotion or offer of the Promoter (with the effect that every entry, claim, and request by that person than in process or still to be made shall be void, invalid and have no force or effect so that the Promoter is entitled to disregard them all without incurring any liability therefor.

Reference to any Game Piece or code printed on a Game Piece being or becoming invalid or void shall mean that the Game Piece and all codes printed on it (as applicable), together with all prize claims made and rights to make any prize claim arising in connection with such Game Piece or any code printed on it, shall be or become invalid and void.

Reference in these Rules or any promotional advertising, material or communication to any person as a “winner” or which otherwise expresses or might imply that a prize has been won, shall not thereby imply a waiver of any verification or claims processes for the award of prizes. Any waiver of any verification or claims processes stipulated in these Rules for the award of prizes shall only be effective and binding upon the Promoter if communicated by the Promoter in writing and then only to the extent specifically stated in that communication and solely for the named recipient.

To the extent that the Promoter publicizes the Promotion on any social media platform such as Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, or Facebook:

· it shall not thereby be implied that the social media platform provider is jointly or solely sponsoring, endorsing, or administering the Promotion,

· each entrant hereby releases the social media platform provider absolutely and unconditionally from responsibility for the Promotion,

· each entrant understands that the entrant is alone responsible for ensuring that the content of any posting on social media and for sharing any post in other media, is done in a responsible manner and each entrant undertakes to take account before doing so of the suitability of the media and the age and other characteristics of its users for the posting, and

· information supplied by any person via a social platform (including taking part in any poll or vote for marketing activity in support of the Promotion) is deemed to have been provided solely to the Promoter and not to the social media platform and on the prior understanding and acceptance that such information may be subject to use by the social platform-provider in accordance with its published terms of use.

The acceptance of a Game Piece in an order or the application by post for a Game Piece amounts to acceptance of the Rules and to their respective interpretation under any applicable law and by any courts of the United States and of the terms of the following license:

You understand and accept that (i) the Promoter retains ownership of all Game Pieces, and ownership or control of the trademarks and other intellectual property in and over the Game Pieces, and all Promotion-advertising at all times (“the Promoter’s Property”), (ii) the Promoter grants you a license to use the Promoter’s Property solely for the purposes of the proper participation in the Promotion in accordance with the Rules, (iii) none of the following shall be considered proper participation in the Scheme, namely; any sale, offer to sell, giving away or other dealing with any Game Piece, Game Piece-code, voucher or prize code or pass, any use for any purpose whatsoever of any Promotion advertising or any feature taken from it or anything which is a breach by you of the Rules, (iv) you may not assign this license or any benefit under it, (v) any use of the Promoter’s Property for a purpose not stated to be permitted or any failure otherwise to observe any provision of this license shall result in automatic termination of the license without requirement as to notice and amount to an irremediable infringement of the Promoter’s intellectual property entitling the Promoter to all rights and remedies available by law, and

(vi) following termination or expiry of this license you will return all Game Pieces to the Promoter without attempting to redeem the same and shall cease to use the Property for any purpose whatsoever.

All age limits shall be deemed to be actual age as at the time of acceptance of the Rules unless expressly stated otherwise in these Rules.

Any Game Piece, Game Piece Code, other Game Piece/voucher code, Online Game message, entry, prize claim, and/or communication (including any marketing material or communication) made or received by the Promoter or an agent, will be invalid and void for all purposes if it is deemed by the Promoter or by any other prize-supplier involved with prize-redemption to be (i) damaged, (ii) counterfeit, (iii) copied, (iv) misprinted (except that a date described as superseded in section 2.2 above shall not be deemed by the Promoter to have been ‘misprinted’ for this purpose), (v) incomplete, (vi) illegible, (vii) reproduced/transmitted incorrectly, (viii) the result of a technical malfunction or (ix) handled, used, disclosed, offered for sale by an ineligible person.

An entrant’s sole remedy for a void Game Piece or Game Piece Code will be (subject to availability) a replacement Game Piece, or Game Piece Code (as appropriate).

Nothing in these Rules shall affect the statutory rights of entrants.

The Promoter may (in its discretion) (i) decline to enter into any correspondence save as otherwise stated in these Rules, (ii) alter these Rules during the Promotion to the extent it considers necessary or desirable to maintain and preserve the integrity and reputation of the Promotion or the fair, effective or secure operation of the Promotion (and altered Rules will be notified and made available for review at https://www.teevillain.com/blog/2022/03/25/tasks/), and (iii) perform any stated function in these Rules via an agent and the entrant shall be required to accept such performance as if it was directed by the Promoter.
